Traditionally a big problem for heat recovery systems has been grease and soot but thanks to Lepido's Particle Repellent Geometry (PRG) this problem has been largely solved and with efficiency up to 68%.

With no need for filters the savings continue as maintenance and extended servicing are vastly reduced. The average calculated energy recovered per year in kWH for each restaurant is 85,000 kWh.

Tube heat exchangers are commonly deployed as condensers in power plants, they play a crucial role in various process industries (such as chemical, oil and gas), and are frequently utilized in HVAC systems, since they are known to be robust and have good thermal properties.

Lepido is the first iteration of a new generation heat exchangers, designed to unlock the re capture of excess heat from processes were con ventional heat exchangers clog and fail. The patented design creates a balance between heat transfer effectiveness, pressure drop in air and liquid side and minimizes the specific fan and pump power required to run these systems.
