The Botanist, a well-established restaurant chain with locations across England, will open its doors on May 23rd 2025 in the picturesque seaside town of Bournemouth. We are proud to be the main contractor responsible for the HVAC system installation.
Working with designers we made sure the HVAC system is visible but blends well with the industrial-chic aesthetic. The expose ducts are painted in neutral tones, aligning with the wood and greenery elements.
Ducts and vents are neatly aligned with ceiling beams and structural lines, minimising visual clutter and supporting airflow across multiple seating zones. Overall HVAC system is subtly integrated without compromising the visual harmony. It Compliments the restaurant's natural and rustic aesthetic while maintaining climate control efficiently.
We installed the ESP 6000 Electrostatic Precipitator on the roof, specifically designed for kitchen extract systems. This system features integral sumps that effectively capture oil, grease, and smoke particles from the exhaust. Not only does this simplify servicing, but it also eliminates the risk of hazardous spillages and significantly reduces grease buildup within the ducting.
Additionally incorporated UV-O units utilising UV-C technology to generate ozone and hydroxyl free radicals. This process, known as ozonolysis, efficiently neutralises cooking odours, ensuring a fresher, cleaner environment.
